They can use their APC and ram the drones, their protocols are fairly suicidal they will bust themselves on the tank's armour. Should the Manhack get through armour it is not exactly designed to cause a death blow. They may not be able to cut through high quality chain mail either. Manhacks technically can not get through full plate unless they hit from the back or a weak point. thousand people with bats can not project themselves well in one area while the manhacks can. Army morale likely breaks in large engagements. In army vs army scenario there is an issue in that manhacks scale better in terms of surface area they can affect.
